Locally engraved Italian leather patches! Our Polyester/Acrylic blend beanies are breathable, ultra-soft & one size fits all. We can print SPORTS Logos, we just can't post them because of copyright laws. Message us for WHAT TEAM you're interested in.
Our process: We print press our patches on! We use an Adhesive spray and a silicone pad, set our print press to: 270-285 degrees and use 7-8 secs of hard pressure. How do we keep our designs on our leather patches? We use a particular wax coating after engraving and run it through our washer & dryer before pressing them on. It creates a seal to protect the engraving making it last. How to wash and dry it to make the beanie last? Inside out in cold water.
We can utilize our print press to take the crease out! If you can’t show a logo at school or work on your beanie, let us know and we can take out the crease so when it is worn, the leather patch can be hidden. No stitching to worry about that would show through!
